I mostly work for non-profits and government, but I really enjoy working in a business context from time to time. I would like to do more of it in the future, as I always learn lots and I bring a fresh perspective and new, often more effective, ways of working. For this project I was working as a consultant for Peoplerise. I was involved with their “U-Connect” program, a leadership development journey for De’Longhi management worldwide, based on Theory U. I trained and coached the Benelux and Romanian management teams for over 1,5 years, introducing them into processes like check-in and check-out, supporting their exploration of their own leadership question, and gently opening to a less traditional management style to one that fits a purpose driven approach to business.
